What is the Circle of Friends?
We appreciate the exceptional generosity of our most dedicated supporters who are committed to helping transform the lives of the children of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for “Our Little Brothers and Sisters”), and recognize their leadership through membership in the Circle of Friends.

Support from the members of Circle of Friends makes a significant impact on the lives of children. With your help, Friends of the Orphans can continue to provide valuable funds to NPH.

Members of the Circle of Friends truly exemplify the Friends of the Orphans philosophy that the weakest among us deserve help from the strongest. They are simply people who refuse to turn their backs on human suffering and believe that sharing their time and resources with those who need them the most is the least they can do.

There are four giving circles in the Circle of Friends:

Friends of Friends - Our annual giving circle acknowledges all donors who give $1,000 or more during the calendar year.
Faithful Friends - Our enduring giving circle honors those who have supported the children through Friends for five or more consecutive years
Friends of Father Wasson - Our cumulative giving circle honors those who have generously given $100,000 or more over time.
Friends Forever - Our planned giving circle honors those who have made provisions for Friends of the Orphans through their estate plans or through the Father Wasson Legacy Endowment, Inc.

What can my donation do?
Here are some examples of how your donation can help the children of NPH:

$1,000	=	10 desks and chairs
$5,000	=	Food for 285 children for one week
$10,000	=	500 pairs of tennis shoes
$20,000	=	Medical & dental fees for 200 children for one year
$100,000	=	University education for five students for four years

The prices listed represent average expenses at the NPH homes. Each gift represents a contribution to the entire program of Friends of the Orphans. Donations will be used where most needed.

What are the benefits of joining the Circle of Friends?

   • As a member of the Circle of Friends, you will receive:
   • Personal acknowledgment of their contribution and commitment
   • A beautiful keepsake bookmark
   • Most importantly, you will give many children hope for the future with your
      generous donation

What donations are included in my Circle of Friends membership?
Any of your monetary donations including child sponsorship, event sponsorship and funding for special projects will be considered part of your annual gift total and count towards your Circle of Friends membership.

Are gifts tax deductible?
Yes! Donations to Friends of the Orphans, Federal Tax ID# 65-1229309, are tax deductible as provided by law.
