As a Godparent, you are playing a vital role in the lives of the precious children living at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters") homes in Latin America and the Caribbean. Your support enables thousands of boys and girls who once struggled to survive to lead lives full of love, purpose and hope.

As the number of children in the NPH homes grows, the financial needs become greater. Realizing that current Godparents are the best advocates for the pequeños, we created the Sponsor Partner program to support and encourage those who want to:

What is a Sponsor Partner?
Sponsor Partners help provide for the growing number of children at NPH homes by recruiting new sponsors and expanding the community of people involved in supporting the mission of Friends of the Orphans and NPH. As part of a small Friends community, they are connected with other people to host or co-host gatherings, sponsorship drives and/or community events.

How much time and effort does it involve?
The amount of time and/or effort you are able to dedicate as a Sponsor Partner is entirely up to you. You can tailor your participation depending on your specific interests and your time availability. What counts is that you partner with us in reaching our goal to build friendships between caring people and NPH children, and therefore enrich the lives of both the new sponsors and the children.

How do I get started?
To become a Sponsor Partner, please contact your Regional Child Sponsorship Manager. We will provide you with a Resource Guide with ideas and materials. Our Partner family will support you with guidance, feedback and hands-on help. As a team, you will be able to provide opportunities for your friends, family and others to learn about Friends of the Orphans and sponsorship.
